is there certain type of paper or pencil to use for tattoo stencils?
ive done the way theyve said to do a stencil but for some reason it doesnt stay on, how long to let it dry before putting on vasoline?

About five minutes.
I use hectograph paper.
You could use spirt paper a lot of artists do.
I don't use vasoline.
