draw out your design. you can use anything from cardboard to strudier materials...foam core, etc. depending on how often you're going to use it. use a box cutter to cut out the shape. some sandpaper to smooth out the edges.

Get a piece of acetate (an overhead slide will do) and use an ink jet printer to put your image(in reverse) on it. The ink wont ever dry on the acetate, and you can wet you skin a little, press the slide on you body, and the ink will stick to your skin. I doubt this is what you're thinking but I just have to say it: prison tats aren't cool! don't tattoo yourself at home! Just use this to see what it would look like and go to a tattoo parlor.
