...Really, it's just a circle with a little jiggly mark on top for a stem. Though, if you were sloppy when you cut it off the vine and didn't leave yourself a stem, I don't suppose you'd have to draw a stem. You might want to add some of those vertical "pumpkin lines" and maybe even shade them a bit for realism.
If you draw a rough face, which generally uses two triangular shapes for eyes, a third for a nose and a crescent shape with a few teeth for a mouth, on your pumpkin {though it's perfectly acceptable to get creative about it.} and shade it and add a few lines on the side of each shape to give it a bit of perspective and make it look like the forms are actually cut out, you can make a dandy portrait of a jack-o-lantern
