Open up Word or Wordpad, or whatever word processor you use. Go through the fonts until you find one you like. Resize it to the size you need. Print and cut it out. You can use as is or trace it.
If you don't have any fonts that suit you, there are plenty of sites with free fonts. I seem to recall http://www.fontface.com being pretty good.
