A friend of mine design these delightful bugs
to go on a small border but I fell in love with
them and made them really big as well.
Small children can focus much better on large
objects, which is why these wonderful creatures
are perfect for a nursery or small childs'
room.
Put some clouds near the ceiling and daisies or
sunflowers growing out of the skirting. Fill in
the middle with a bug or two and you have your
very own mural.
A word of warning: don't put the stencils too
high up, small children are, just that, small
and their eye level is much lower than ours.
Obvious, I know but you'd be surprised how many
people forget and stencil everything too high
for their children to see properly.
