Shipping & Delivery

Your shipment will be delivered by the USPS mail service Standard Mail, EMS or by DHL Courier depending on your choice at checkout. Please keep in mind that order processing only occurs Monday-Friday, orders taken on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays will only be processed the following business day. We do not provide Sunday delivery.

Free Shipping:  We will process your order within 48 to 72 hours and ship via Standard Air Mail with tracking numbers. Your package should arrive in 10 to 21 business days from the date of shipping.

Registered Mail:  We will process your order within 48 to 72 hours and ship via Standard Air Mail with tracking numbers. Your package should arrive in 10 to 21 business days from the date of shipping.

Express Mail: We will process your order within 24 to 48 hours and ship via EMS Express Mail. Your package should arrive in 5 to10 business days from the date of shipping.

DHL Courier: We will process your order within 12 to 24 hours and ship via DHL Courier. Your package should arrive in 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipping.

All our Stencils are manufactured at our offices, in Johannesburg, South Africa and then shipped direct to you, wherever you are in the world. As we only sell our own Stencils which we design and Laser cut on the premises there is no problem with a design being "out of stock". The only exception to this is the "Clearance" items which do go "out of stock" and change all the time.

Ordering & Returns

Receipt of Order Confirmation You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact: sales@wallandmural-stencils.com, so that we may check and confirm that your order has been placed.

Returns Policy Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days from delivery date.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMAN). Returns received without an RMAN will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.

Returned stencils must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. Damages include but are not limited to, tears, scratches, broken bridges, paint or glue on the stencil, fold lines and burns.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for an order lost in transit once it has left our warehouse if your Tracking Label/Receipt Number indicates a DELIVERED STATUS. Also, packages will only be considered lost 30 business days after shipping date. At that time we may open an investigation and will take responsibility, at our discretion, if we feel it is necessary.

Payment Method We accept payments by check and major credit/debit cards via Paypal & Amazon.

Prices All our prices are as set out on the website and include tax at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of tax. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Product Information and Descriptions All products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect the colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the color you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true color of the image. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colors is as accurate as publishing processes will allow.

Purchasing Products The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in USD$. Payments can be made in any currency PayPal accepts.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation. The Products will not be dispatched until we have received your payment in full.
Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as possible.
When a product is ordered, we will send you a receipt with details of when the product will be delivered. Most of our products are cut to order, with a lead time of 48 hours, plus delivery time.

If such period of suspension exceeds 60 days then either party may, upon giving written notice to the other, require that the Contract to be terminated immediately and all money due to us must be paid immediately.

Any amended agreement will govern new user registrations from the date that it is posted and existing users will be bound by the amended agreement after the expiry of 14 days following the date of posting.
