One of the freshest cleanest looks for the kitchen has always been vegetables or fruits.

A good way to revamp an old kitchen, without going to the expense of buying a new one, which not only cost a lot but also causes a major upheaval, is to paint it.

You don't have to limit yourself to the walls, a nice stencil in the center of the cabinet panel looks very smart.

I even dressed up an old fridge once, by painting it first and then stenciling on to it. You will need to go get special paint for a fridge normal paint just peels off.
