I want to make a stencil to use on a hoodie, if it doesn't work out then I'll use create iron-on things, but I want to make a stencil out of this:

I've been using gimp to greyscale and then darken the fuck out of that thing but I don't know how to cut it after, it gets all messed up and stuff.
I want to make a stencil, i been told i can print an image on a transparent sheet, then use special photo film and a UV lamp to expose and deveolpe the stencil. Does anyone know how to do this?
How can you make your own stencils ? I want to be able to make a stencil out of something that when i spray paint it it wont seep through the material. What should i use to make the stencil out of ?
